330 - August 23, 1995. After a cleanup trip by Wes and Claudia in June, the car is ready to be moved by Rushway, Inc. Rushway uses a Murray trailer with special extension sections for many such rail movements, our car still hung off the end of the trailer fifteen feet. Caltrans routed the load down I-5 to Stockton. Luckily our truckdriver Bill White didn't follow their directions to the letter, an overpass was under repair with impaired height clearances. Bill noticed this on the trip up, and figured out a detour prior to picking up the load.
